Clarity was born out of frustration fueled dreams. We had beef with two major industry pain points and a belief that, together, we could to do. it. better.
1) We believe well taken care of teams do the best work. I was super bummed by the industry neglecting therapist's experience at work. I dreamt of a place where feedback flowed and there was a focus on the work experience. I also knew I wanted people to feel valued and well taken care of. For starters, that meant the ability to earn a good living, specifically the equivalent to what one could earn in private practice. Last, a family like environment: connection and community are integral. Because we know you can do it alone, we're here so you don't have to.
2) The second industry pain point that drives us is the client experience. In an industry where it barely exists, we are committed to exceptional customer service. We respect that people think about making that first appointments for months before they work up the courage to schedule. We know when we pick up the phone the person on the other end is likely having their worst day ever. We remember names and give warm hellos and goodbyes. We hold sacred the privilege of meeting someone at their most vulnerable state.
We believe it should be more easeful for clients to connect with the right therapist. Everything we do is dedicated to making the client experience smoother. From training admin how delicate that first call is, offering online scheduling, focusing on exceptional customer service, hiring therapists who view customer service as part of their job, engineering bios that don't suck...everything we do is dedicated to helping people connect with the best therapeutic fit for them.
A connected team is a team that knows one another. At Clarity we value and facilitate connection. We typically offer the following to nurture team connection and bonding.
Encouragig an atmosphere open to connection adn colabortaiton.
Quarterly Team Events (virtual and in-person). Recent events include masks & mimosas zoom event, zoom recipe exchange, zoom meet the pets, standup paddle-boarding, chili cookoff, and wine downs.
Clarity Social channel for non work banter.
Tacos - throw them around and connect with your fellow team members.
