Earn a Draw By:

• KPIs: Rewarding rockstar status and above and beyond KPIs remains at the heart of our rewards program. By exhibiting outstanding performance, going above and beyond in their roles, team members will earn a draw from the Clarity ATM. Hitting rockstar status on your golden KPIs = earn a draw: Admin: 80%+ conversions, Clinicians: 70%+ retention, and Billing: 98%+ net collection ratio.

• Client Shout Outs: Named in a review (external (google review) or internal (new client intake survey or website feedback form)). Don't worry, clinicians, we aren't soliciting reviews from clients. For clinicians these are strictly unsolicited or internal surveys sent to new clients after intake. 

• Better Ideas: We implement your better idea!

The Clarity ATM Draw: During our monthly draws (maybe quarterly depending on how many we have), lucky winners will have the opportunity to visit the Clarity ATM, which will be available for a limited time in a designated area. Individuals will step up to the ATM, and with anticipation, draw a bill from the 'machine'. Each bill can be worth anywhere from $5 to an incredible $100!

Celebrating Success: As each winner steps up to the Clarity ATM, we will celebrate their achievement and recognize their hard work in front of their colleagues. It's an opportunity for us to come together as a team and acknowledge the outstanding contributions that make Clarity thrive.

How to Join the Program

• Be a part-time or full-time clinician with at least 1 year at Clarity.  

• Maintain a 65% retention rate and stellar documentation audit scores (≥90%).  

• Demonstrate timely documentation, professionalism, and unwavering alignment with Clarity values.

We’re always looking for ideal team players who are hungry, humble, and smart (people smart) to join our team - and who better to help find those folks than our existing ITPs!? 

When you refer a colleague to Clarity who is hired as a thank you for helping us find more ideal team players, like yourself, you will receive the following token of our gratitude:

$200- Administrative team

Clinicians:

$200 - bringing 0-10 clients

$500 - bringing 10 or more clients
