Including:

• different office days

• increase or decrease in client hours 

• office consistency request

• office change requests

• request to drop or add  a day

Clinical leadership will follow-up  to approve or discuss constraints.  

Please expect 1-2 months for significant changes to avoid cancelling client appointments.
